Program Description

The Department of Economics at ASU provides the highest quality instruction to students, conducts cutting-edge research and provides leadership and service to its professional communities. The BS degree is built on a strong core of micro- and macroeconomic theory supplemented by mathematics, statistics and data analysis. The flexibility of the Bachelor of Science degree offered by The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences allows students to supplement their study of economics with elective coursework offered by The College to broaden their knowledge and customize their program to suit individual goals and interests.
