The Office of Academic Personnel, also known as OAP, is responsible for college-level administration of policy and procedures affecting academic personnel (faculty and academic professionals, or commonly known as APs). Among its primary responsibilities, the OAP guides faculty, APs, departments and schools through the recruitment/hiring process and various personnel reviews including promotion and tenure.
Luecken is a member of the clinical and developmental psychology faculty. Her research interests include women's health and the impact of early life adversity on mental and physical health.
Kolp is director of academic personnel with over 24 years of experience in academia. She currently supports The College units with faculty academic personnel policies and procedures.
