Participants receive firsthand experience as they follow fictitious couple Andrew and Megan through the four-step process of "Taking Control of Your Money."

1. Assess the "now"
2. Look into the future
3. See where your money goes
4. Create a spending plan

This workshop will cover study tips to help you get ready for exams and avoid last-minute cramming, as well as personal wellness and how to stay healthy while you finish up the semester. Watch online.

In Global Studies, you'll explore the cultures, economics, institutions and social issues that shape our increasingly globalized world. You will examine the causes and consequences of problems that cross-national boundaries and the governance of these problems in social, cultural and economic contexts. Undergraduate students can pursue BA degrees in English with a concentration in creative writing; linguistics; literature; secondary education; or writing, rhetorics and literacies. Our goal is to educate citizens who can think, read, write and act in robust and significant ways to meet new challenges. The critical thinking, reading comprehension and analytic expression skills that are cultivated while earning a degree in English are transferable into any endeavor. Earning an undergraduate or graduate English degree from ASU will serve you in any art form, any discipline, any profession.

When you study in the School of Transborder Studies at Arizona State University, you’ll deepen your understanding and appreciation of the Chicana/o and Latina/o experience in the United States/Mexico borderlands. You’ll explore the concerns, social problems, health inequalities and political issues that influence these communities and their respective nations of origin. As you broaden your perspective of transborder studies, you’ll become an agent of social change who’s eager to find solutions for the problems facing Mexican origin and Latina/o communities.
