Kathleen Duffy Ybarra founded Duffy Research (later DuffyGroup) in 1991. The company grew to be a three-division, certified woman-owned business. As president, Duffy Ybarra oversees the staffing, recruitment and research needs of national and international clients. Prior to founding Duffy Group, she worked for over eight years as the research director for Tirocchi Wright. Duffy Ybarra is a founding member of the Arizona Human Resource Executive Forum and a highly regarded keynote speaker.
